Union facilities and industrial action: what you need to know

You have a the right, sanctioned in law, to engage in activity leading up to an industrial action ballot and to engage in taking or promoting industrial action. Provided you do not use any BT facilities to do so (eg e-mail, post, noticeboards, mobile phone, computer, time off under the Facilities Agreement) you can promote Connect’s industrial action ballot and any industrial action which may follow it.
